The 2022 Chapter Leaders Summit was held virtually on June 27-28, 2022. 

Chapter leaders were able to learn about:

• Leading and managing their chapter by utilizing ILEA’s policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Building a cohesive team and how to handle conflicts as an effective leader and work best with others
• Generating new ideas using best practices and case studies to take back to their chapters
• Developing strategies for achieving chapter goals through formal and informal conversations with fellow chapter leaders, board members and staff
