This four-day corporate event marked the post-pandemic return of an annual sales and training convention in Las Vegas by a global high-tech furniture company for its retail managers. Day 1 involved a welcome reception at a recreational golfing center where the managers could refresh, compete and catch up, many for the first time in three years. Day 2 began with a breakfast and round table session where managers could mingle various departments from the corporate office while testing out the newest additions to the furniture line. This was followed by the general session, which was kicked off in fabulous style by a celebrity drag impersonator. The day concluded with an awards ceremony honoring the year's achievements of the top managers.
Day 3 started with more training and breakout sessions, followed by a hosted team building activity blending a traditional scavenger hunt with challenges and puzzle solving. The evening culminated with a Space Cowboys themed dance party, which brought out the craziness of this extroverted crowd. Day 4 concluded the conference with additional sessions, new product announcements, and finally, a highlight film of the conference to finish the week on a high note.
