Christmas is often the best time of the year for many people, a time of year when families look forward to getting together, celebrating, and enjoying festive activities. A pinnacle occasion during the holiday season is the opportunity to see Santa, take a photo and maybe even ask for something special.
The Amazing Brentwood called on Greenscape Design and Décor to create a safe, magical, and accessible outdoor holiday experience for their guests. The contemporary “A Starry Night” design theme incorporated modern elements of the surrounding architecture of the newly developed property, as well as reflecting the natural beauty of our incredible West Coast landscape.
Central to the experience was the impressive The Chalet that was home to Santa and was situated on a second-floor exterior plaza. Standing 16’ tall, with a glossy black exterior and a warm burgundy and gold interior, the iconic Chalet transported guests to a modern and serene forest retreat. Brightly illuminated stars, feathers, pinecones, and beautifully lit live fir trees brought the forest to the city and created a delightful warm glow throughout the property. The magical starry woodland served to transform the exterior plaza space into a believable forest home for Santa leading up to Christmas.
Faced with incredible logistical and engineering challenges, the Greenscape Design and Décor team was able to create an extraordinary outdoor Santa experience that was unforgettable and welcoming to all.
