Working with the Alzheimer's Association always feels like important work for the CSI DMC team. Charged with producing multiple events for attendees from around the world participating in the Association's Annual Conference (AAIC), required extraordinary planning, creativity, and flexibility for the program in San Diego, California, to exceed expectations! The city was amid arguably its busiest convention year yet and simultaneously hit with a wave of equipment and staffing shortages, as well as an uptick in cases of Covid’s Omicron strain.
No program detail could be left unattended regardless of shortages, which meant a dedicated team working around the clock to meet their clients’ goals. Collaborating with vendor partners and adapting quickly with logistical expertise, the CSI DMC team successfully pulled off a Welcome Reception for 4,000 guests, which included a complete decor reset in under four hours, VIP dinners, an early morning fun run, and an opening session with high energy, choreographed entertainment. Furthermore, while managing their client’s other events, CSI DMC created an after-party for 1,300 people in record time!
