Our commitment to these values is unwavering. These principles are a mission-critical piece of our culture. We know that having varied perspectives generates better ideas to solve complex problems and that without diversity, equity, and inclusion, it would be impossible for our industry to do its best work.
Our Mission
Our mission is to continue to expanding diversity in our organization by creating a culture of equity, embracing differences, and promoting diverse cultures. We provide an inclusive safe space for our members and other event industry professionals regardless of age, gender, gender identity, ability, ethnicity, nationality, race, and/or sexual orientation.
Our Commitment
Members of the International Live Events Association pledge to:

Representation Matters
Understanding Our Membership Is Important to Us
To continually learn more about our members, ILEA collects demographic information from its membership voluntarily to better understand the overall characteristics of our association. This information is used to determine the diverse makeup of the organization’s members and to measure and enhance the success of our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts (DEI). Your participation enables us to share relevant, anonymized data with existing and potential sponsors and strategic partners, so we can serve our membership better and help ILEA continue to grow.
